The most important thing for me when it comes to training is keeping functional. Cribbed into my weekly routine, will be (quick, yet effective) weight training sessions. Dedicating a whole session to my shoulders has really helped develop what previously was an undeveloped area. My upper body generally feels better and as mentioned: that ideal shirt and vest look is also coming along :). The plan is to consistently apply a similar method to grow these calves :).

Exercise 1: Off the Rack Shoulder Press (3x10-12reps)
Superset:
Exercise 2: Arnie Press (3x10-12reps)
Exercise 3: Alternate Front and Lat Raises (3x 10-12reps)
Superset:
Exercise 4: Military Press on Machine (3x 10-12reps)
Exercise 5: Frontal Raises (3x 10-12reps)
Exercise 6: Face Pulls (3x20reps)
Exercise 7: Rotational Shrugs (3x 12 reps) (Plates held in front, side, and then back)
